These terms govern your use of infraedge.digital and inquiries about our application analytics services.
Agreement
By accessing infraedge.digital (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by infraedge (“we”, “us”), based at 34-5, Dongwonapateu, Onsan-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan, Korea.
Services described
The Site describes professional application analytics services such as instrumentation reviews, funnel diagnostics, workshops, and reporting design. Descriptions and prices are informational. A separate written statement of work applies before paid engagement begins. The Site does not process payments or complete checkout.
Acceptable use
You may browse the Site, read published materials, and contact us through provided forms or channels. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, submit malicious input, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Intellectual property
Text, visual design, and branding on the Site belong to infraedge or respective licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. You may share individual pages with attribution for personal or internal reference.
No professional advice warranty
Journal articles and general descriptions are for information only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or guaranteed analytical outcomes for your product. Engagement-specific advice is provided only under a signed scope.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability related to Site use shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for Site-related services in the three months preceding the claim, or ₩100,000, whichever is greater.
Third-party links and images
The Site may reference third-party tools or load images from public hosts. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
