Information we collect
When you submit a contact form, we receive the name, email, service interest, and message you provide. Server or hosting logs may record IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. If you accept cookies, we may store a preference flag and limited usage analytics as described in our cookie policy.
How we use information
We use contact details to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver contracted application analytics work. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for automated decision-making with legal effects.
Legal bases
Where applicable under Korean privacy law, we process information based on your consent (forms and cookies), contractual necessity (delivering requested services), and legitimate interests in securing and improving the Site.

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Cookie preference flags remain until you clear storage or we change the key. Hosting logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s standard windows, typically 30–90 days.
