Dashboards are not decisions

· Hana Park

A useful reporting surface begins with a standing question: what changed, for whom, and what will we do next week. Charts that do not serve that loop become wallpaper.

Limit each recurring view to a handful of metrics with owners. Everything else belongs in ad-hoc exploration, not the Monday pack.

When a metric cannot name a decision it informs, remove it. Space and attention are finite — treat them as such.
